At Martin Booth & Associates we have developed the PEA (Personal Employee Assistance) program which focuses on the personal issues that individual staff and managers may have in coping with either their personal or professional lives.

The program is managed by a trained Psychologist and provides counselling, mentoring and proactive support where and when the client needs it.

We all have personal talents, strengths and knowledge that we may forget. Sometimes we need a bit of a hand in rediscovering them.

The PEA program is particularly helpful in the following areas

  • Staff/managers who are coping with redundancy
  • Staff/managers who are not coping with organisational change
  • Staff/managers who may have personal issues that spill over into their professional lives
  • New managers wishing to understand how teams work
  • Anxiety & depression
  • Grief/loss management
  • Creative thinking & problem solving

At all times the program is confidential and supportive. All sessions are conducted by registered psychologist, Martin Booth, and can be scheduled outside of normal business hours and/or Saturdays. They can be undertaken on site or at a mutually agreed neutral location.
A tailored program will be developed for you based on your personal needs.
